Information we collect
We only collect what you give us. If you submit a property, that is:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address, if you choose to provide one
- The address of the property you are asking about
- The condition and timeline you select, and any notes you write
- Whether you consented to SMS contact
- The page you submitted from
If you are a developer or investor sending us acquisition criteria, that is your name, company, phone number, email address if you provide one, the asset types, markets, price range, scope, volume, and financing you select, any notes you write, whether you consented to SMS contact, and the page you submitted from.
We do not run advertising trackers, sell profiles, or build behavioral records of your visit.
How we use it
We use your information for exactly one purpose: to evaluate the property or the acquisition criteria you sent us, and to contact you about it. That means researching comparable sales, matching a property against the criteria our clients are buying to, and reaching out by phone, email, or — if you consented — text message.
Your submission is stored in our customer relationship management system (Follow Up Boss) so the person handling your property has your details in one place.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with lead brokers or marketing lists. We share it only with:
- Service providers who operate our systems on our behalf, such as our CRM and hosting providers
- Title companies, attorneys, and closing agents, but only if you and we move forward with a transaction
- Anyone we are legally required to share it with
SMS messaging terms
Consent
By checking the SMS consent box on either of our forms, you agree to receive text messages from Stag Acquisitions about your property or your acquisition criteria, scheduling, and closing. Consent is not a condition of receiving an offer or of any purchase — you can leave the box unchecked and we will contact you by phone and email instead.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies based on your conversation with us. Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your carrier may.
Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS at any time. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply HELP for help, or call or text (216) 488-8920.
Sharing
Mobile information and SMS consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Retention
We keep submissions for as long as we may reasonably need them for the transaction and our records. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by calling or texting (216) 488-8920, and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for a completed transaction.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you entirely. Call or text (216) 488-8920 and we will act on the request.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and hero media is served from third-party media hosts, which means those providers receive your IP address as part of serving the file.
Not a brokerage
Stag Acquisitions is a specialized acquisitions firm. We source property for our developer and investor clients and we are not the end buyer of the properties we source. We are not a licensed real estate brokerage and we do not represent you in a transaction. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and no agreement is binding until both parties sign a written purchase agreement.
Changes
If we update this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
